Mostly self-taught St. Louis Community College – Portrait Photography 1994-1995. My father was a professional photojournalist, and as long as I remember, he was always talking about photography at home. The wedding is the most important event in people’s lives. Capturing couples and seeing the happiness in their eyes gives me emotional joy. After I gained years of experience as a photojournalist in a local daily newspaper and as a portrait photo-artist in one of the city’s major studios, I came into wedding photography. As a photojournalist in a newspaper, I learned to work under pressure and deadline with time-sensitive material. My journalistic experience taught me how to capture those memorable and incredible moments of my clients’ most important events of their lifetimes.
