Mary and Travis Tie the Knot at Little L Estate in Commerce, Georgia
Mary and Travis made their union official on June 9th, 2018 at Little L Estate in Commerce, Georgia surrounded by their loved ones. Their classy but down-to-earth outdoor ceremony and reception will be remembered by all who attended the event.
The Day of the Wedding
This wedding was full of little details that made everyone feel special.
Attending any outdoor wedding in Georgia can mean being swarmed by pesky bugs, but Mary and Travis wanted their guests to be “smitten, not bitten” and provided repellent wipes.
Guests arriving were encouraged to turn off their phones and treated to acoustic guitar music for this “unplugged” ceremony. A display of photos of the couple’s departed loved ones added an incredibly personal touch.
The guestbook was a mixture of the modern and nostalgic. An Instax Polaroid camera and film were available, and guests were encouraged to take their photo and write a note for the bride and groom alongside it.
Each of Mary’s six bridesmaids received a monogrammed burlap bag as a bridesmaid gift.
Wedding Day Looks for Mary and Travis
Mary’s elegant bridal bouquet was made up of blush and white peonies, roses, and hydrangeas wrapped in burlap and pearls. The bride wore a subtle but breathtaking white dress embellished with exquisite lace. Her pink suede heels added a beautiful touch. Her hair was loosely pinned back into a low bun and adorned with baby’s breath, roses, and green that matched the rest of her ensemble perfectly.
The bridal party all wore long dresses, but each in its own unique style. Although the dresses were different shades of pinks, greys, and gold, they made a stunning collection when side by side.
Travis and his groomsmen wore grey suits, with the groom standing out in his blue vest and bow tie.
