I have been a still photographer for about 25 years. I started as a photojournalist after graduating from the University of Florida with a degree in Journalism and a minor in Spanish. I speak English and Spanish. Later I worked for newspapers, magazines and online sites covering current events.
Therefore, I have a photojournalistic viewpoint that helps me emphasize human interest. After all, photographing people is the foundation of my craft. I learned videography about 10 years ago studying at Alpha Pacific Institute in Phoenix. I then shot corporate events, features and a documentary about veterans.
Weddings consist of several activities in the event, which make them challenging and rewarding at the same time. And it gives me great pleasure to cover them all while giving the bride and groom lasting memories. My favorite parts of the wedding have become the ceremony, and couple photos, usually after the ceremony and before the reception. I enjoy setting up those sessions that my be cherished memories for the couple and their family for generations.
