Born in Queens, New York City, Levar began his photography career at a young age. Inspired by the city of lights and his father, Levar started to create a style that transformed his eye for photography. Capturing moments and living by the phrase “It’s not what you look at that matters but what you see,” Levar continues to capture the moments we don’t get a chance to see.
